Oak Park Art League Birthday Parties
At OPAL we are committed to providing art-based birthday parties that will be remembered by all for years to come. Our party fees include the use of a private space in our historic coach house, an artist-instructor and a unique, commemorative piece of art created especially for the birthday child. Our staff works with you to determine a birthday project that is fun and most appropriate for the developmental stages and interests of participants.

Please attach a deposit of $50 to hold this reservation.
A 30 day notice of cancellation is required to receive a full refund. Less than 30 days notice of cancellation will result in the loss of $50 deposit. A $25 transfer fee will be charged if you change a reserved date to a new party date. In the event that OPAL cancels the party date, you will receive a full refund. The party fee covers a private party room, instructor fees and a combative piece of art for the birthday child.

I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Oak Park Art League and its officers and employees from and against any and all liabilities for any injury, death, property loss or any other damages that may arise out of my/my child’s participation in the program noted above. I hereby, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, fully and forever release and discharge OPAL and OPAL affiliates from any/all claims, damages, demands, rights of action present and future.
